Mystical Times to join Breathwork family


We are pleased to announce an additional, new location in Massachusetts that
has invited us to provide private consultations, workshops, and trainings in
Breathwork.

Mystical Times, located on Bay Street in Taunton, Massachusetts, is in the
South Shore area of Massachusetts. It is approximately one hour south of
Boston. It's client base is SouthEastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and
parts of Eastern Connecticutt, but it draws individuals from all over New
England and New York.

We have instituted a new "When the Student is Ready" teaching policy.
When you are ready to take a particular class or workshop, we will
schedule it at our home office.  Classes can be held for as few as one
to three students depending on class. We will either offer accommodations
or assist in finding accommodations for individuals travelling from
out of state or foreign countries. Small classes and workshops can
also be scheduled at private homes and our Arlington, MA office.

The required amount of students may increase if it is determined that
the instructors will travel to you.

Subjects include trainings in Life Force/Transformational Breathing,
Transcendence Sacred Geometry, Ear Candling, and Reiki (intros, treatments,
and clinics only, no attunements currently).

The next New England intensive weekend is October 9-10
at the International School in Brattleboro, Vermont.

for personal enrichment or as part of a

Case Study: Gina's Story

(Here is an example of the impact Transformational
Breathing has had in the life of an individual. If
you have experienced Transformational Breathing, I would
be happy to publish your stories)

"Gina" was is a woman who had a lot on her plate. Her mother
died of a terminal illness when she was seven years old, and her father died
when she was twenty-two. When her mother began to
show signs of rapidly declining health, Gina's father sent
Gina away to live with relatives. The relatives never
discussed Gina's parents, not did Gina know that her mother
was ailing. When Gina's father returned for
her months later, he broke the news to Gina that her mother had died.

Gina never felt that she could trust anything her father did
after that.  In fact, as she became a teenager, she projected
this issue and had  difficulty trusting men in general. Upon meeting my
boyfriend, an Energetic Therapist, she admitted to him
"I trust you, even though you're a guy."

Gina was almost 30 and she was still lonely for her mother.
"Sometimes at night when I am alone, I think that if I look hard enough,
maybe I will find that she is not dead afterall, she is just looking for me
and just doesn't know where I am."

Gina was very excited about her first session, as she was
looking for a way to resolve her problems with anxiety that
were preventing her from concentrating at work. Little did
she know that the Transformational Breathwork would go deeper
to the things she hadn't revealed in our first conversation.
She cried like a baby the first time, and at the end, felt
comfortable enough to tell me her story.

During the second session, she received a vision of her mother.
Gina was able to say goodbye to her mother, something she
had been prevented from doing while her mother was still on this
plane.  Even more remarkably, Gina was able to recognize that
her father did the best he knew how at the time. She realized his intention
was to protect her.

With this sense of closure, Gina was able to mend the relationships in her
family, release her guilt,
and mistrust, she has no more anxiety
attacks, and has resolved her trust issues with men.
In fact, she was recently married.

A few of you have responded from New York.
There will be a Transformational Breathwork training starting
the weekend of September 18th in Nesconsit, New York
(Long Island).  As Nesconsit is not on every map,
it may help to know it is in the vicinity of Port Jeff
and the ferry.

If you are further upstate, there is also a training
beginning October 9-10 in Brattleboro, Vermont.
Brattleboro is in the very Southern portion of
Vermont, one or two exits on the highway north of
Massachusetts. Brattleboro is about a 1/2- 2 hour ride
from the Boston Metro area. Inexpensive accomodations are
available.

The Brattleboro Training is with Founder Judith Kravitz.
it will be co-trained by myself in Parts II-IV.
Jeremy Youst of Oasis: Tools for Transformation in Keene,
NH, will be also assisting.

The Long Island Training is with Cheryl Ozkaya, who
has been co-training with Judith for five years now,

Hello everyone,

For those of you that attended, June 19-20 was a powerful
weekend in Plum Island! We had seventeen participants from
six states. Our farthest traveller was from Washington State.

The LEVEL TWO training will be July 17-18 at the same location.
Anyone who missed Level One is welcome and encouraged to join
at this weekend.  LEVEL TWO is a prerequisite for continuing on with the
program for personal or professional enrichment.

focus is in personal healing and learning to use the breath to create the

2. Clear the subconscious. Learn how Transformational Breathing permanently
integrates negative thoughts and repressed emotions in the subconscious,

life-long tool that can be used to assist in accessing higher levels of
awareness and expressing our Spiritual nature with ease and balance.

Tuition is $350.  A $100 deposit or a check postdated for
July 17th is required to hold your spot, as space is limited
for this one.  Payment plans and options are also available.

Hello everyone,

The Transformational Breath Foundation LEVEL ONE weekend is this weekend... June
19-20...

Could anyone who hasn't already confirmed with me 1) plans to
2) is thinking about 3) or needs a little more information to
attend the Transformational Breath Weekend please call me
781-258-1422 (cell - leave a message 24 hrs.) If long distance is
an issue, I can will your call.

We may limit the size of the group to 22 because of space constraints,
so we need to make a head count, but more importantly, I want to make
sure everyone has sleeping arrangements who requires them. (And
also suggestions about airport transportation,
Greyhound, and the Shuttle from the
airports in New York).

I don't have all of your phone numbers to do the follow-ups in that
manner, so I am following up in this manner.

Hello everyone. Happy May (almost June...)

Tom and I are moving to the Ocean, and wanted to

This weekend is the first in a four weekend series. The program is aimed at

the series or independently.

It's focus is in personal healing and learning to use the breath to create the

About the Facilitators:

Judith Kravitz has worked extensively with the breath as an agent of
transformation and healing for over 18 years. As co-developer of the
Transformational Breathing process she has worked with thousands of people all
over the world. Mother of eight, she is the founding Director of the
Transformational Breath Foundation and leads the trainging and certification
programs. Judith also travels internationally as a dynamic workshop leader and
reknowned speaker on Transformational Breath.

Chris Estrellia Riopelle (Estrellia Sheran) is a Certified Transformational
Breath Facilitator. She is also a facilitator trainer for the Foundation.
For several years, Estrellia has done extensive work with the Light Body and
other multidimensional aspects of self. In addition, she is the Editor of The
InnerUniverse Newsletter.
