I am pleased to announce that Judith Kravitz's book,
now titled "Breathe Deep; Laugh Loudly," has gone to press
and will be available after October 1st. Copies can be reserved
in advance by dropping me an email and letting me know how many
you would like to purchase for your own enjoyment and/or center.
The book promises to be "the quintessential manual for breathers." I will
announce the pricing as soon as the information is made available.

For those of you in the St. Paul, MN, area, the books will be personally
delivered at the time of the "Preparing for
2000" conference.

Sarita Maya de Toyber is a well known healer and metaphysician
on Mexican television and radio. She is the orginator of Mandala
Healing Alchemy, has developed a style of Kabbalistic healing,
and is an adopted member of the Lakota Souix. She is a good
friend, and we will be sponsoring her visit to New England this
November, 3-15., while she is visiting to take the
Transformational Breath Training program in Brattleboro, VT

She will be giving introductory talks and workshops on Mandala
Healing Alchemy, Kabbalah healing, crystal elixirs, and more.

Case Study: Gina's Story

(Here is an example of the impact Transformational
Breathing has had in the life of an individual. If
you have experienced Transformational Breathing, I would
be happy to publish your stories)

"Gina" was is a woman who had a lot on her plate. Her mother
died of a terminal illness when she was seven years old, and her father died
when she was twenty-two. When her mother began to
show signs of rapidly declining health, Gina's father sent
Gina away to live with relatives. The relatives never
discussed Gina's parents, not did Gina know that her mother
was ailing. When Gina's father returned for
her months later, he broke the news to Gina that her mother had died.

Gina never felt that she could trust anything her father did
after that. In fact, as she became a teenager, she projected
this issue and had difficulty trusting men in general. Upon meeting my
boyfriend, an Energetic Therapist, she admitted to him
"I trust you, even though you're a guy."

Gina was almost 30 and she was still lonely for her mother.
"Sometimes at night when I am alone, I think that if I look hard enough,
maybe I will find that she is not dead afterall, she is just looking for me
and just doesn't know where I am."

Gina was very excited about her first session, as she was
looking for a way to resolve her problems with anxiety that
were preventing her from concentrating at work. Little did
she know that the Transformational Breathwork would go deeper
to the things she hadn't revealed in our first conversation.
She cried like a baby the first time, and at the end, felt
comfortable enough to tell me her story.

During the second session, she received a vision of her mother.
Gina was able to say goodbye to her mother, something she
had been prevented from doing while her mother was still on this
plane. Even more remarkably, Gina was able to recognize that
her father did the best he knew how at the time. She realized his intention
was to protect her.

With this sense of closure, Gina was able to mend the relationships in her
family, release her guilt,
and mistrust, she has no more anxiety
attacks, and has resolved her trust issues with men.
In fact, she was recently married.
