The Life Force Breath and Transformational Breathing are a simple, profound processes that activates the body’s most natural healing response. Through circular breathing, and gentle body work techniques, restricted breathing patterns are opened, the body is super-oxygenated, and “bottled up” emotions may come to the surface to be expressed and/or resolved.



Less than 5% of human beings are using their complete lung capacity for bringing oxygen, energy, and light into the body. Our breathing patterns have a direct correlation to what issues we are dealing with and can be “read.” Imbalances of the body, mind, and spirit can be healed at the very root of their cause by approaching them from the perspective of healing our breathing patterns. Over time, we can return ourselves to the open breathing that is more closely exhibited in babies.



Once we heal our breathing patterns, we heal the restrictions we impose upon our lives. are able to strengthn our connection with our Higher Selves, and retrieve cellular memories.
