TRADITIONAL FOOD, the rich, colorful, diverse and natural cornucopia of delights that has sustained healthy, nonindustrialized indigenous populations world-wide for millennia, is sadly no longer "traditional" in modern culture. Nowdays we are often faced with the choice between poor-quality, denatured convenience food or the bleak, often flavorless, "politically-correct" nutrition.
We meet here to share, to trade information, resources and sources, and to rediscover the joys and benefits of eating a nutrient-dense, mineral-rich, full-fibered, naturally-ripened, enzyme-laden, vitamin-endowed, fat-healthy, pasture-fed, non-toxic, life-giving and delicious palate of wonderful foods. Foods grown as nature intended, foods cooked in a wholesome way, food that is lovingly served with joy and pride, food that heals and satisfies.
