This is the only place i have found where i feel i can find help. I am
going to be 5o in a few months and I have never had an orgasm. Up till
now i never felt it important now its my mission in life. I will try
want ever will work.

It is harder for girls to have an internal orgasm rather than external
from clitoral stimulation. So maybe a good idea would be to star with
abstaining and trying to orgasm externally, after you have achieved
that, i guess the same way may work for achieving internal orgasm.
