Yes, now I've been able to do it for a proper sustained amount of time.
I've notice that when I do meditate sometimes, I seem to see an
increasing clarity of something. Normally, I notice what appears to be
like particals buzzing around, but barely. As I got really deep into
meditation, these objects became increasingly solid-looking. They
seemed to be floating down and were actually bouncing off of physical
objects. So, they obviously weren't dust. Makes me wonder what they
really are.
I have contintuing to have moments of tensing, but they are usually
when I first start. I've also noticed that my lazy eye tends to go
back into its proper postion rather than floating off to the side, but
that's probably because I'm using it.
