Hi, new meditator here.
In Meditation, when I close my eyesI often see blurry blue light
(sometimes white but mostly blue) fiery circles which start off huge
as if right in my eyes and move and recede off into the distance
getting smaller and smaller and before one disappears, another appears
so that I often get two or three at a time receding at a time.
Sometimes it looks like I am going backwards through a wormhole or
something?

Anyone else experience anything like this and what does it mean and
should I be doing something?
