Hi Alan,
You make good and valid points.
We have reached an ideal time for rapid spiritual growth. In order to
take advantage of this, it is necessary to awaken from our cocoon
state. Whether a person wants to awaken or not, is that persons
sacred choice. However, once that decision is made, then other
options open up that can help to insure proper development in the most
timely way.
The transition from our everyday life, to what we will eventually
consider "normal" existence, is so vastly different, that there is
little here with which to compare. However, once we understand that
the transition is a normal part of existence that everyone must
eventually go through, and in fact, the very reason for our existence,
then there should be a lessening of resistance to that change. Once we
understand, in our heart of hearts, that we are found, and in fact,
were never lost in the first place, and there was, after all, some
divine purpose all along, just hidden beneath the surface, then we
should welcome it with all of our being.
Our time line, is designed to repeat exactly word for word, action for
action, what has happened, and to deviate from that is difficult, but
not impossible. As you begin to awaken, alternate lines of time are
formed that were not found in the original. It takes an effort of
will, to maintain these changes throughout each repeat of your
lifetime. Meaning that positive changes, towards liberation, are
accumulative. This allow us, for example, to have this dialog, that
wasn't on the original time line.
Awakening is quite habit forming, once you get a taste of it. But, as
anything worth pursuing, it takes patience, practice, and a constant
letting go of old thought forms. The trick is to awaken, which is the
stage prior to liberation, and act as if nothing different was going
on. To do otherwise, might cause undue concern for family and friends.
There is the temptation to want to help your loved ones find what you
are finding, but it is unwise to do this. Everyone will find their own
way and time for liberation. Just be happy that your time has finally
come.
I would suggest, if you haven't already, to start a running
conversation with your Inner Being, asking if for advice about how
best to merge with it for purposes of liberation. This is where most
of the work is done, and most of that is in the nature of letting go.
Thanks for taking the time to respond.
