I think there is at least some sense of finality of what has been done already as we relate the past to the now. Otherwise, how would evolution be possible. The concept itself demands some form of linear growth. Though we may at certain long periods choose to go backwards a bit, we are still moving forward.
I was talking with a friend about the "retrograde" motions of planets in astrology yesterday. What came to my mind was that the retro motion doesn't mean that the planets are actually moving backwards, but it is our human perception that they appear to be doing so. So... What about time? How does this relate to our time travel topic? My first thoughts are that it is relating to our perception of time. Are we actually moving backwards or forwards, or could it be explained another way while still keeping with the concept of "time travel," or "traveling through time?"
Perhaps one reason we may not have noticed any traveling is due to our perception of the events that are taking place right now in our lives. That is just a suggestion, not necessarily the answer to every phenomenon, of course. :)
Sensitivity, objectivity, attention, and curiosity seem to be some of the keys to more consciously traveling.
So... Maybe it's not that you AREN'T traveling, but that you are just not noticing it and your mind skips over certain key points to fill in the mental gaps in mental conciousciousness that are normally illogical and make no sense whatsoever. I'm referring to events or happenings that just make absolutely no sense whatsoever during the day but your mind quickly erases the event or files it way back in the back of your mind's filing cabinet to create something more logical that fits in with the
way your mind translates reality normally.
whew......a bit more than I meant to say...but hope that does something for somebody somewhere. :p

Hi! I have not travelled back in time as far as i know anyway. But if it is possible can we then change what we experience as history? To me it seems as there is nothing absolute. What we often see as here, there and then are perhaps relative. Thanks
