Re: [Time-Travelers] It seems so simple?

Hi there Kutibah,

When I first came across this material I had great visions of what
might be! And I still have, but mostly I have given way to the simple
satisfaction that comes from just doing the meditations... Some days
there are great realisations and other days there is the tedium where
nothing seems to happen. What I am learning from this is it does not
matter which of these seems to happen because there is something else
that lies behind the practice, behind the routine "good" and "bad"
aspects of practicing. It is from here that I found well-being arising
and it continues to arise regardless of whether my I think what I am
doing is worth it or not... Tapping into this is a secret learnt
through just getting on with it... answers come through practice -
there will always be questions...

If your aim and intent in doing the practice is to have an OOBE and you
dedicate yourself to it then you will most likely experience one. When
this will occur though is not so easily answered... In seeking for
something we run the risk of never finding it because it may also be
seeking us. What if it is behind us but in our efforts to keep moving
forward in search of it, it never catches us?
