We are not accepting any new members at this time. Group owner is on a hiatus until further notice.
***Our goal: Receive support from and give support to each other in our struggles to lose weight and become healthy. This is a friendly, helpful and supportive group. Most of our members have a thyroid disorder which causes us to gain weight or makes it difficult for us to lose weight.

***Our pledge: "I will keep educating myself about this disorder and find the right course of action and physician to help me feel better. I will not give up working on my body, no matter how frustrating it might get, no matter how much I want to quit because I don't see any visible results, no matter how long it takes to get results ....if I keep working on my body regularly, eventually there WILL be positive results."

***Our commitment to each other: When things get tough, we have each other to lean on. Please come and join us!
