In answer to your spleen question, as I was telling Cara that I had have my spleen removed twice, if they leave little part of it, it will grow back, Dr's at the oncology center that I go to are amazed at my sucess, I started with TTP back in 1994,thus far I have lost my spleen,1 and a half of my kidneys (cancer),gallbladder,uterus,3 strokes,and most of my mind(just kidding). I went thru over 2000 units of plasma and my hospital bill was well into the million dollar range, but Im still kicking .  The Dr's are amazed at me they call me "miacle woman".  I read most of the letters ,but I cant type that well (strokes) ,but I am here if anyone wants to chat!!  Hi Cara
