Re: [Thoracic Outlet Syndrome] about to give up

Hey! I was in pain for about five years... and this last semester at
college I could no longer take the pain and my symptoms were terrible...
I went ahead with the surgery, but there is only one person I would ever
let do the surgery on me and that is Dr. Annest in Denver Colorado...
you can look him up on the internest under the Vascular Institute of the
Rockies. He is amazing and by far the best doctor I ever had for this
problem. I live in Illinois yet I traveled all the way to denver two
times before the surgery to try other things..... they all gave me some
relief but never full relief. He did the surgery last thursday and I
have not had any TOS pain since... plus my Range of motion was better
than it was before the surgery after only two days... He is amazing and
he works wonders. Believe it or not there are some very good pro
athletes that have had TOS and had the surgery. For example, Joe
montana the football player.. and Erin Cook who plays baseball for the
Rockies. They both had the surgery through Dr. Annest. His percentages
of relief are the highest after talking to a bunch of doctors.. If you
get his email address he will personally call you back, and ask you to
tell your story of how you got it, and what treatments you have done so
far... plus his first option will not be the surgery unless you have
already tried everything else.... he will work with you and your
fears.... I just thought I would give you this recommendation. If you
have any questions just email me here at lmcook@.... I hope
you get everything figured out. God Bless, Liz cook
