Re: [Thoracic Outlet Syndrome] tos and disability

I'm on disability with tos, and I'm on work comp and also long term disability;
as long as a doctor diagnoses it and puts you off work thats the first step; im
in california and also a work comp attorney, so im in a unique situation and
work comp isn't really fighting me too much, ive been off and on work for the
last 4 yrs, and off now again since march; you didn't say if your disability is
work related or not, if it is yes, you need to have a doctor say it is, of
course, to qualify for work comp; if its not there is always state disability or
if you have long term plan with your employer. Yes, you are subject to exams
from work comp defense drs and the others as well (state disability) that could
cut you off and force you to hearing...

times now. I am going to try to get a hearing for it now.
thanks,
Liz
