Most people get turned down at least 2-3 x. If you get to the
hearing stage; you will need an Attorney. I have TOCS and can
barely walk due to having no cartiledge in my knees. I only got
mine due to side effects from meds I take for another medical
problem. They will find a job you can do. Keep trying.

If your TOCS is work related; your best bet is to go the work comp journey; however, work comp is hard to win based on the state you are in and your attorney....
