I was just wondering if anyone with tos has ever been able to get
disability for it. I am trying to get it now. I have been turned down

times now. I am going to try to get a hearing for it now.

If your TOCS is work related; your best bet is to go the work comp journey; however, work comp is hard to win based on the state you are in and your attorney....
