Hi,

I haven't posted here for quite a while.

I had a rib excision 18 months ago on the right side due to TOS. I've been
recovering slowly and am doing ok. Then while in hospital due to stomach
problems an xray was taken of my chest. Today I found out that the xray
showed a shadow on my lung in the top right section, my doctor sent me for a
second xray this morning to double check it. I am very concerned about this.


I was wondering whether the shadow could be anything to do with the rib
removal surgery as afterwards I needed a chest drain in. I don't know much
about biology and my doctor said he wasn't qualified to discuss this with
me. So I was just wondering if anyone on here had had a similar thing show
up post surgery.
