Thanks for posting those links. I found the anatomical diagram quite
informative. Many of the exercises listed are ones I was taught by my physical
therapy people. They do help me some.

Also, I get headaches too. They last for days. They've been described as the
TMJ type.

As far as special tools to help out with flareups, on those days I just don't do
as much. For Christmas my husband bought me a nice stand mixer with some food
processor attachments to help with meal preparation. It helps alot since he
hates to cook. A few years ago we replaced our electric can opener with one
that has hands free operation. I couldn't use the other one at all. When I was
first diagnosed, I switched to a computer keyboard that has the keyboard divided
and set at an angle.
