Hi,

I just wanted to email and say thankyou to the people that gave me advice about
whether or not I should agree to having a stent put in after a first rib
resection. I should have sent this email weeks ago but didn't get around to it
due to being unwell.

I saw my surgeon again last month for my 6 week post op check, which went well.
He is pleased with my progress so far. We talked about the stent a little and
he said he will wait three months and discuss it with me again then, he wants me
to have full feeling back in my arm before doing any kind of procedure. He does
seem happy to talk through the other options with me though, which is a relief.
