Hi I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice.
Last weekend I was actually pain free, I really thought I had cracked
it and that I was going to get back to work. I felt so good I did
some weeding in the garden on Sunday. On Monday at the Rehab centre I
attend I even progressed upto the black theraband. Well that night I
was woken up with the most terrible pain, first in my right arm and
then in my left arm, the following day I was in a lot of pain. By
Wednesday I thought I would be feeling somewhat better, but I wasn't.
I went back to the rehab centre and couldn't do any of my excercises.
I spoke to my physiotherapist, he examained me and found that the
Thoracic area on my left side of my neck was swollen.
Help, is this the way anyone fighting symtomatic thoracic outlet is
going to react every time they do something I would think is normal.
I really am wanting to know if this is what is in store for me if I
try to return to my job on the printing press I work on. How can one
feel so good one day and wake up the next in so much pain.
Any advice is truely appreciated.
Thanks, Liz.
