In regard to Posture: One of the very first things I was told in PT
was that good posture is very important in every case of TOCS. If you
slump down which tends to make one move forward that puts pressure on
the ribs and also that would mean your collarbone. Working on that
posture might help reduce some of the problem. However, if you are
doing any repetiive typing I can guarantee that is going to aggravate
TOCs or worsen it.

Do you have one of the ergonomic keyboards? I don't think it makes any diff in my tocs but it does spread your hand out more and it might help you type like...
