Hi Liz,
Now that I know about your auto accident, I think you should
read "Waking the Tiger" by Steven Levine. It's about trauma stored in
the body. The auto accident was terrifying and life-threatening. On
top of the accident, you have fears about your job and future income.
All this stress adds up to tension in the body. Your body is locked
in a frozen state from the fear. If you read the book, you may find
relief.
I don't have any financial stake in any of the information I provide
here. I'm just passing on information that helped me.
