reply to cathy : I live in Montana ....I have a worker comp lawyer he is
working on getting my benfits back
and voc rehab and more PT the doctors I have seen said the chances of
recovery from the extra rib removal for some people isn't good so they
decided not to do that .....But I wish they would just to see if i can
become pain free .....The worst pain is over my collar bone and in my neck
and lately it doesn't matter which way I lay anymore when i sleep I still
get the numbness in my my ring finger pinkey Did you have numbness in your
face and inside the mouth in some positions you laid? I'm so glad I have
found this group I had a panal of doctors in Billings montana cause the
insurance company thought I was faking it .....I have been taking pain meds
now everyday for little over a year now I just want it all to go away .....I
get stiffness in my neck if i sit to long ......and a server burning in my
shoulder blade does any of this sound like your signs ..................

Hi, I just had the rib removed in December. I didn't
have an extra rib, but I would think that would be
something for you to check out. You need to see a
vascular surgeon. It was a painful recovery, but I am
now back to work after 8 months and I am finially on
the mend. I still have some symptoms, but they get
better every day. What state are you in? You need to
see a lawyer about the insurance. Find one that
handles workers comp ect. Good luck and keep us
