I have the extra cervical ribs as well. I go to a chiropractor for my neck
pain...but sometimes I wonder if it will ever be relieved. My arms are very
weak. I worry that I won't be able to hold my future babies for long periods
of time.
My neck pain starts as tightness...sometimes a bit of a tingly
sensation...most commonly when I'm on the computer (which is very
often)...and then turns into pain. My upper shoulder/neck muscles get tight
and stay tight very regularly - whether I'm under stress or not.
Do you think the surgery could help me? Why hasn't my chiropractor suggested
this, when he knows about the ribs and the pain?
