Thanks for that jphcommercial, I will filter through the junk post's
to get to the useful information.
This may or may not be useful to someone but i spoke to a very good
Gp today about my condition. He said that my trapezium muscles
needed strengthening with overhead weights (not the free weights) the
ones that you pull down. I said that my trapezium muscles were
already large. He agreed they were large but said they were soft and
strengthening them would help my problem. I shall give it a go and
let you know how I get on. Here's hoping.
