No. I myself will have nothing to do with them. Besides, I'm not
ordering anybody to unite. I'm only expressing my wish that some sort of
organization would be erected, preferably by and of professionals, not
because I believe that professionals have a monopoly on the truth, but
because they have more social status, and that carries weight in our
society.

They have a powerful lobby. Yes, they compete with each other for
income, but at the same time they support each other politically. For
instance, the pharmaceutical companies in Europe are united in endorsing
European plans to pay them sacks of money for drug testing on children.

Who are Szaszians? Are you a Szaszian? I greatly admire and appreciate
Dr. Szasz, but I would not call myself a Szaszian [and I'm sure he
wouldn't call himself a Mirian ;)]
There are some people speaking out. Szasz has been doing it for nearly
half a century. Other names I can mention offhand are Fred Baughman and
John Friedberg. There are more. Their voices are heard separately, not
together. That makes them easier to marginalize and defame.
I cannot dictate to anyone to form a union. But I can lament that there
isn't one.
