Review of The Medicalization of Everyday Life   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1770 of 1997 |
Jeffrey Poland, PhD, has reviewed The Medicalization of Everyday Life.

Lines of interest include "Szasz's constructive proposals for change
are limited" and "Szasz does not adequately emphasize and explain why
contemporary 'anti-stigma' programs, currently pursued by defenders of
psychiatric practice, are so wrong-headed".
