Well, isn't Dresden an interesting city for them to meet in. Germany is now
a highly PC culture, I understand, with laws against any expression of Nazi
ideology, even in a non-violent way. Yet, it is permissible to hold a
conference there to discuss incarceration without trial and torture, in a
positive
way, as long as it isn't done to criminals - it's only acceptable to do it to
innocent people.
