Thinking changes the brain structure?

What "brain structure" is supposed to be changed by "thinking"? Are
there different kinds of "thinking"? When sensory data enter the
brain, we would say the brain's memory is changed. If the memory is
changed, I suppose the "memory cells" are in some way altered or
changed. A person's knowledge may be changed by thinking. The person's
intelligence is not thought to change.

When the Spirt of Gawd enters a person's body, does that change the
person's brain? When the preacher lays his hands upon the body of an
ill person and cries out to Gawd, "In the name of the Father, the Son
and the Holy Ghost, Gawd, hale this man. Brithers and Sisterns, I
can'fale' it; I can fale the 'paher' of the Holy Spirt goin into
this 'main'. Brothers and Sisters, praise Gawd. Hallelujah!! Mercy!
Ja-sus, be praised. Say Aman, brithers and sisterns." Has anybody's
brain structure been changed by that experience?
