Have managed to track down two books through a second hand book dealer :-

"The Manufacture of Madness"; London Routledge 1972 reprint; Hardback with
dustwrapper; Very Good condition in VG dustwrapper
and
"Ideology and Insanity: essays on the psychiatric dehumaization of man";
paperback; Marion Boyars 1983; VG clean copy;

Going to pick them up today. Will also try to get hold of the other three books
u have now mentioned. Thank u so much for your
advice ;))
