Time for my weekly reality check & accountability here with my maintenance plan at 5 weeks:
T.G.W.: 138 lbs C.W.: 138.5 lbs...up 1/2 lb, ( or 0.5)
B.M.I.: between 21-22
Waist: 28"...down 1/2 inch
Hips: 36 1/2"...down 1/2 inch
Wearing: size 4 & 6
All in all, I'm doing very well thus far. And, I'm continuing to discover what foods have a more positive effect on my body, too.
Having celebrated my b'day meals over the wkend out-of-town with family & friends, I ate a piece of b'day cake and shared a slice of cheesecake with my husband, too. And, following the celebrations, I got right back on track with lower calorie, high nutritious foods and back into my exercise routine as well.
