In an effort to maintain my current goal weight of 138 lbs, I thought I'd post once a week with my current weight and numbers...it might help keep me accountable here knowing I will "check in" once a week with the group here.
T.G.W. : 138 lbs C.W.: 137 lbs This week: Down: 1 lb
BMI: between 21-22
Waist: 28 1/2 inches
Wearing: size 4 & 6
So, 4 wks past reaching goal weightI'm maintaining... satisfactory/good.
