I shed 35 lbs w/in 6 mos. Like the author, Judith Lederman, says in her book, Joining the Thin Club, I've experienced a better quality of life (page 13).
As all of you know & have experienced yourselves, it wasn't easy. I will continue to need to do the work involved to stay at my healthy weight/lifestyle.
Some of the work involved: eating more nutritious, lower calorie, lower fat, foods; not eating after 7:30 PM; learning how to order healthier take-out foods & healthier meals at restaurants; and 60 minutes/sometimes 90 minutes aerobic exercise work-outs at least 5 days a week.
What have you done/are doing that benefits your "quality" of life?
