First of all i will introduce myself. I am 17 and about to go to
college. I am lets say 30 ponds overweight and I want to loose.
recently i lost 10 pounds in three weeks. All i ate was salad. Well i
got off it and gained 4 pounds back.
I want to lose atleats 20 pounds in 2 months. I have been doing
resarch on the subway Diet. I have decided to join in. I am a very
motivated person. I just need a plan that i can syick with. I don't
want to have to cook. I think subway is so convinent for me.
Well all i know is that the Subway Diet consists of:
For lunch--- a six inch turkey sub (with no mayo, cheese or oils)
Forbdinner---------- a foot long veggie sub. (with no mayo, cheese or
oils )
Has anyone lost a lot weight, like 20-30 pounds)?
did you exercise?
What did you eat?
I am soory if I sound stupid, but this is all I know.
