WATER THERAPY TO IMPROVE YOUR DAILY LIFE STYLE

Water is the most essential requirement of human body and most neglected drink
in today’s busy schedules. So we need to make wrong things right first.

A human body requires average 3.5 Liters of water every day to remain healthy.

Water taken in any form or way will benefit your body, but if taken under proper
guidelines provided in Water Therapy it will benefit you the most, just like
miracle.

Below is the simplest way to get most out of if.

Always drink clean healthy water.
Water consumed should be either supplied by health authorities or have it
bottled.
Double filtering at your home is better advised for Tap water supplied for
drinking.
Tap water after being filtering should be boiled and kept for drinking in
entire day.
Clean / General wash your water storage (tank) every day before filling with
fresh water.

· Clean thoroughly your water storage on weekly basis to avoid any
bacteria build up inside it.

Now you will have a glass of healthy water to drink. Further we will discuss
“Drinking water for good health”

· Keeping in mind that we need to end up with 3.5 liters of water a day.
Don’t rush to drink all in one day / one time and end up taking water next day.

Start from 3-4 glasses a day, increase 1 glass every second day, till you have a
habit of drinking water regularly. Keeping a bottle of water at your work place
and keep on sipping it through out a day is good habit.

First thing after you wake up. Drink 2 glasses of water (warm in winters) in
the morning.
Read your newspaper and take any NON-CITRIC FRESH juice (fresh home made
Pineapple JUICE is best suggested by me) or “Herbal Health Drink” (An easy to
make “Drink” we suggest to some people).
NEVER DRINK WATER WITH YOUR MEALS.
(Drinking water with meals dilutes the acids and enzymes, which are used by your
body to digest your meals.)
Drink (moderate quantity) 30 minutes BEFORE your meals.
Drink 90 minutes (one and half hour) AFTER your meals.
(There is no need to drink water with meals if you chew you food properly. This
also reduces load on liver to digest food )
Remaining quantity of water you can drink any time a day.

URINE OUTCOME
SOME PEOPLE MAY have to go to washroom / toilet more, as your body is not
used to of water intake. But when after few days your body will start absorbing
water. Then Urine outcome will be reduced and you will start getting the
benefit.

Some of the Benefits Toxins contents of the body are more easily flushed out
from body by kidneys. Gives more energy to body. Helps in Reducing Stress.
Helps in reducing Acidity. Helps in reducing Uric Acid. Helps in reducing
Stomach Gas and many more.
