Dave,<br>I have 4x10mg per day of methadone. This
is an attempt to reduce the overall effect of the
migraine and the associated pain. I also have 1x30mg
injection of morphine (with stemitil &phanergan) when I
have an unbearable attack usually every 10-15 days.
(approx) It works but I sleep most of the day and feel
better but washed out the next day. There is no doubt
that the more often morphine is used its effect is
