Hey all,
Anyone got an extra for Wednesday's show? I'd like to sit near
fellow Jellys. I'm also looking to avoid pesky ticketmaster fees. ;)
Let me know if you can help either via this list or via my cell 215-
435-2601.
Rich C.
Jarrod It was a pleasure to meet you and folks from the Philly WR meeting. Y'all have some awesome recovery and music in the greater Philly area.
We pulled another great Incident weekend off. Lots of comraderie in and outside the show. Eating together, shopping together (South Street was a little brighter with us all there, dancing together (we had a Jelly section in 103 and a deejay spinning in the concourse on night 2) staying in the same hotels.
Word up to my homeys Lauren, Jacquie, Warren (nice to see ya with your sweet friend Debbie), Dennis, Robyn, Johnny, Ramsey Dominic, Danielle,Freddie V, Mike (Karmik)and a special surprise visit from Lynn K-west coast WR coordinator. Nice to get acquainted with Dayton and Geoff and Todd and Paige. Nice appearance from Dana. Also Mike and Rich my table friends thanks.
So we did it again as we usually do.
See ya in New York.

Hi. My name is Jarrod and I am a new Jellyfish. I worked the table last
night at the show. I'm glad to have met all of you. I wanted to offer my
deep gratititude for the Jellyfish for being there and making my first
String Cheese show a great experience. I especially want to thank J.C., who
was very cool about getting us into the show after a small mix-up. If
anyone knows him, please forward my gratitude. I want to thank the band for
putting on such a great show. I danced my ass off and only wanted more in
the end. I'm glad to see the scene was much less drug-oriented than the
scenes I'm used to. I hope the family atmosphere endures. I can't wait
until my next show. If anyone has some shows that they think any new
cheesehead shouldn't be without, please drop me an e-mail for a B&P or
trade. Thanks to Miko for coordinating, and to all the Jellyfish who came
by the table and attended the meeting.
By the way, what's the string cheese thing mean anyway?
Also, Jellyfish are most welcome at our Philly Wharf Rats meeting, which
meets on Monday nights at Graduate Hospital in Philly. We'd love to see
you.
Thanks again,
Jarrod

I, too, have come to love you in a way that only friends that understand this stuff can. You have made it so real for me. You and I have driven countless miles to show up and make sure that a table was happening and our friends had a safe place to go. Thanks for your kinship, your hospitality, our bantering (GO GREEN!!!) and most importantly your presence as one of my dearest friends.
I met Patrick at the Murat in 2000. The Jellys were in its infancy and people (Tim D for sure) told me that there was a guy as crazy as me doing this stuff. We became instant friends and remain so to this day.
We would have done you proud last night. We carved out a sweet spot in the back and had at least 10 Jellys dancing together. After the show 12 of us gathered in Chinatown for comraderie and love. See this does work and guys like Patrick show us all how it happens.
I just got a call from Miko, Mark, Ramsey, Freddie, Jacquie, Lynn etc, etc in Camden at the show and I got such an overwhelming sense of gratitude for this group of people that I wanted to get on here tonight and thank you ALL for your help staying sober one day at a time for seven years. WOW. I couldn't imagine 20 days sober at one point in my life much less this amount. I was as hopeless as any individual may possibly be when I was tossed into treatment back in 1996. My life was so out of control and unmanagable that the thought of a happy life was as remote as becoming President Whelan. Crack cocaine had me licked and I was drinking all day long. Then the music started up and I heard it. This time it was real loud and real clear and these rock and roll recovery groups provided me the support to go see live music and not be alone. I've met some of my best friends along the way and met people who have taken me into their homes on multiple occasions. Gone on road(or air)trips that have covered multiple city and date runs over weeks at a time. Been able to join you guys for big lunch gatherings in towns far from home and been so happy and grateful that I cried more times than I can recount. God is good.
So I wanted to say thanks to all of you and may we spin in a theatre soon!

After a few days with the fam here in Baltimore, I am stoked for the much needed Camden run. My last month's four show run was just a tease and sent my desires soaring for what, IMHO, is the hottest jamband out there. The boys seemed psyched and Jason Hahn, the "new" percussionist just jazzes them up to even higher levels.
So I hope all have a wonderful safe trip. Be careful and watch out for the errant mall rats.
If anyone one needs anything, do not be afraid to Jingle Ho Ho Ho!!!

Unfortunately I'm double booked and can't use them.
Face value is $37

I wanted to extend my apologies to the list and more importantly, Mark C.. When I posted to it on Saturday morning, I was operating on information that our friends Mark, Ramsey and Freddie would be staying together in Atlantic City, That was incorrect. I later, in the day, heard from Jacquie that plans had changed and my statement was not correct. I am sorry that I failed to post a corrected information.
My intentions were really to get a lunch together. I merely stated where I believed folks were staying so that we could consider some logistics.
so mark, does this mean youll be free for a philly cheese steak and fries this weekend?
