Miko,
That is wonderful news! In my experience, there is no better feeling than knowing I was there for someone when they reached out for help. As I’ve rebuilt my life, many great gifts have come my way, but by far the greatest gift of all is seeing that I can help others. It’s “the Best Feeling in the world.”
We DO matter in the lives of addicts. We DO make a difference. Your joy is our joy, my friend, and this is success we all share.

Subject: [thejellyfish] The
Jellyfish website saves lives!
Hey now all:
I wanted to share a somewhat profound experience with you all. I n the time I
have held my service position , I cannot say this has everhappened: In the last
two days, two people called with immediate need. I mean immediate. I talked to
each of them, sharing their experiences along with mine. In the end, I also
hooked them up with others who could help them out.
This reminds me how GOD works! And these two people came to the website because
the common thread is music.
I am awed by all of this. I know several of the groups maintain sites. I do not
know if you have a point person to take calls. But know this rock and roll and
recovery can save lives. We have experienced that at tables.
It is a good day to be clean and sober. We will have a table at Langerado this
weekend. Meetings twice a day. I can be reached by phone and email (PDA) all
weekend.
ONE INCIDENT AT A TIME
Yours in humble service,
Miko
