This has been some of the best news I have received in quite a while.  Though because of all our talks in the past few months, I cannot say that I am surprised.  Heather is getting a great man and you, in turn, are getting a great woman.  Both of your commitments to recovery is epic and yours to our recovery music community is legendary.

 

The road you and I have traveled together has been long and our friendship is  long.  We meet people because we are supposed to.  Some end up sticking together and becoming family.  I always tell people I am your Jewish cousin teehee.  You are such a legend that here I was in Detroit last night at a free MMW show and some woman named Tabitha, who is part the SCI equivalent of the Green Crew, is telling me about some bald headed guy who always wears sports jerseys and is part of the Jellyfish.  I am like yeah, yeah I know that guy and he is a true gem!!!

 

So brother thanks for sharing this next chapter of your life.  You sure have shown me that all is possible and I am a better man for knowing you.
