Just to reiterate Miko's post...all is well out here.
To make clear, volunteers can get their tickets anytime the list is available
and come in when doors open, it is just that Jim will not be able to place the
table until one hour after the doors open.
When in doubt, and you are working a show, know that HP has it all and turn it
all over!

Hey All

This message is being sent to the main list and the regional coordinators. I
met with Nadia P last night.Based on the number of activities that the road
crew is handling this tour with the number of bands and vendors, there are some
changes on how we are going to be getting into the show and getting our table
set up. First, the word is BE FLEXIBLE. If you are interested in getting in
when the vendors arrive (which is when the Band personal-JC, Chewy and most
importantly Jim Tobin, our contact will be there), you will have to arrive at
the venue at 10 am. Nadia and I discussed that this may be asking too much from
volunteers, but it is an option. The second idea is to arrive at the show at or
just before gate time. There is a possibility that the guess list will be in
place and you will get in. But understand that Jim Tobin may be involved with
other issues and not be able to attend to you. At this point, you will have to
wait to an hour after doors and then get!
in. Jim has agreed to allow his number to be published, here. PLEASE DO NOT
ABUSE HAVING THIS NUMBER. He has many duties and our table is just one aspect
of it. If you are still having issue an hour after doors, you are permitted to
call Jim 916-801-2370.

TABLE COORDINATORS. Please disseminate this email to all your table
volunteers. This Directive is for this tour only. We will be back to normal in
the fall.
