This message is being sent to the main list and the regional coordinators.  I met with Nadia P last night.  Based on the number of activities that the road crew is handling this tour with the number of bands and vendors, there are some changes on how we are going to be getting into the show and getting our table set up.  First, the word is BE FLEXIBLE.  If you are interested in getting in when the vendors arrive (which is when the Band personal-JC, Chewy and most importantly Jim Tobin, our contact will be there), you will have to arrive at the venue at 10 am.  Nadia and I discussed that this may be asking too much from volunteers, but it is an option.  The second idea is to arrive at the show at or just before gate time.  There is a possibility that the guess list will be in place and you will get in.  But understand that Jim Tobin may be involved with other issues and not be able to attend to you.  At this point, you will have to wait to an hour after doors and then get in.  Jim has agreed to allow his number to be published, here.  PLEASE DO NOT ABUSE HAVING THIS NUMBER.  He has many duties and our table is just one aspect of it.  If you are still having issue an hour after doors, you are permitted to call  Jim  916-801-2370.
