Based on some hassle from the local government, SCI will be playing their last festival at the fabled Horning's Hideout.  I have never been (I just ordered tix a few minutes ago), but have heard that this is a must see experience.  So I am putting it out there for those who want to know that if you are in Portland, Oregon on 4 August, you will want to be there.  Some of the acts that have been added are Anders Osborne, New Monsoon and Railroad Earth.  So come one and come all.
