I love this club. My husband was born with a
bilateral cleft lip & palate 36 years ago. Eight years ago
we had a beautiful baby boy with a bilateral cleft
lip & palate. We where told that the chances of my
son having a cleft was really small. Well the doctor
was wrong. But that is o.k. because this has made my
family better because of the cleft.
Three years
after my son was born I was pregnant with my second
child. We had a sonogram done and there it was as plan
has day he had a cleft lip. We excepted that he was
going to have it. Well the blessed day came and here
was another beautiful baby boy but this time there
was NO cleft. The sonogram showed he had a cleft lip,
we could even see it it was there. We know that God
closed his lip but for what reason we do not know.
We have had our fellings of why us and being scared
angery. All those feelings are o.k., but you must learn
to work through them. If I can be of any help to any
one please e mail me at queensheets@... or
ICQ me #36079261
Oh I almost forgot both my son
and husband also had lip pits. If you want to know
more about lip pits just ask me. From what I was told
lip pits aren't very common.
God Bless,
Susan
