Hi Angie my name is Susan. I have a son with a
cleft palate and lip.My son had speech therapy for only
a year and a half and they made him stop. He was
doing so good they said he didn't need it any more.Just
for the future the state is responsible for giving
your daughter free speech through the school when she
turns 4 years old. Alot of people don't know this. We
worked with him every time he would say a word wrong we
would tell him the right way to say it and get him to
say it the right way. The main thing is not to baby
her just because she has a cleft. I would like to e
