For those of you who haven't joined over at Smartgroups yet, you may
be interested in a new site where you can informally meet with others
in your area dealing with cleft issues.

It's only a couple months old so it will take time to get enough
people in your local area.  So be sure to tell others about it!  If
you have a website, just put a link to the meetup on yours, let them
know, and they will link you back :).  There's also a whole bunch of
other topics on the Meetup site, http://www.meetup.com
