Hey Girl, well, I am up bright and early with intentions of doing my laundry.
Well, just thinking about it won't get it done, lol....................I live in
a place where medical help is very "backward", putting it mildly so you are
fortunate that you are in a location that quality medical help is available.
These Houston trips are very hard on me, packing, flying, getting in a hotel,
all that, but necessary is I continue being a patient at M.D.Anderson. I have
spoken to Barnes in St. Louis and I was real impressed with them. I guess I will
be going there to see what they can do. Just what I call a "crap shoot"
anyway...........lol. It sounds like you have done extremely well with stage 3
disease. They took out 3 ft.of my right colon at the onset, but as I told you
the portal vein is the biggest problem.
Well, I have got to get busy. Kiddo, hang in there.

lymth nodes. but we never know with cancer its like walking on Egg
shells.You sound like a positive person and a fighter that plus faith
can see you through this .I had my surgery At Kenmore Mercy Hospital
in Buffalo ,N.Y we also have another great hospital here its called
Roswell cancer treatment center ,they invented the rod that burns out
cancer cells in the liver . My problem was after cancer surgery 2
hours later i was back in surgery for a removel of 17 blood clots in
both legs if the cancer didnt get me the clots might have but i had a
quick thinking nurse who told Dr something was wrong when i was in
recovery hollaring out . Thank god for that nurse! I am a widow 57
have 2 sons and was always on cancer chat trying to support others
then Duckman asked me to join this club and here i am .Sally you are
