     There are few people in this world  who follow their instincts even
when others claim what they are doing is wrong.. YOU are one of the
people who has followed the voice inside telling you something is not
right..  Its not an easy rode to take!!!  The rode less traveled is
very lonely at times.. I know!! I am married to a physician, I should
be pushing vaccines !! Its the RIGHT thing to do, so they say, instead
I choose not  to vaccinate.  I followed my heart and a lot of
researching!!!

I wish to thank you for taking a stand for our
children.  I have been thinking about when my son
started 'being autistic' and I believe that the
MMR shot could very well have been a huge
trigger.  Because of his development and the way
he regressed faster after his MMR booster at age
5 or 6 before starting school.  He does have
serious gastrointestinal issues which I am
addressing with diet.

I don't know how hard it's been for you, I cannot
walk in your footsteps.  But I pray that you may
be vindicated.

Dear Dr Wakefield

I have watched your work with admiration for many years.  I understand the
personal risks you have taken in the process of conducting truthful and
ethical research about the MMR risk.  We have the same problems with our
beloved animals - who are currently vaccinated every year.

Three of my dogs were killed by vaccines.  This was the start of Canine
Health Concern, a group of animal lovers and veterinarians which seeks to
STOP annual pet vaccination.  I have researched the vaccine issue
extensively and written a book called 'What Vets Don't Tell You About
Vaccines'.

I understand the corruption in the pharmaceutical world.  I have seen it
first hand in the veterinary field.  This corruption extends to government.
I know this, because I have personally experienced it.

We need people like you, courageous people, to speak the truth.  The lives
of our loved-ones depends on it.

So thank you, with all my heart.

I met you briefly at an NVIC  conference in 1999.  I was mesmerized with your
presentation and your increbile discoveries re: the MMR  vaccine and late onset
autism.

I approached you  after the  lecture and mentioned that I was from Winnipeg,
MB., Canada.  I shared the story of the Dignazio family in Winnipeg and their
daughter Sara, and how  she fit the profile of the children that you spoke about
in your presentation.
I remember that you took the time to speak with me and told me to tell  the
Dignazio family that if they ever had any questions or wanted more information
to get in contact with you.

I recall feeling very appreciative and a little surprised that you  so willingly
gave of your time when it was so obvious that you were incredibly busy.  But it
was your humane act of kindness that I shall not forget.

You are a champion for the rights of our babies and children who through no
fault of their own are the guinea pigs of modern science.  I applaud your
courage to stand up to  the pharmacutical companies, the medical establishmet
and to the politicians.  It must be unbelievable difficult to with -stand a
smear campaign, but remember that the love of our children and their parents 
surround you always.   You represent a beacon of truth and compassion to so many
of us.
I believe that we all have a purpose in our lifetime to bring some type of
awareness to others.  Your gift is obvious,  challenging as it is, but nobody
said that it would be easy.  You continue to inspire so many of us with your
humanity and your sense of justice for the children.

children.  I understand that you have been under tremendous scrutiny that has
effected yourself as well as your family.  I think that the thing that impresses

the most about you is that you do not have a child with Autism.  When my son
was one year old he became sick. High Fever (105.6) and bloody diarrhea as
well as a kidney infection.  All this at the same time.  He was hospitalized for
a week.  While he recooperated from the Kidney infection and the Colitis, he
slowly slipped away from us. He lost eye contact as well as the few words he
had started to say.  The child that left the hospital with us, was not the child
we had brought in.  Your work is so important.  Someday the rest of lthe
