Informed Americans must stand up and tell the Health
Authorities (including the CDC and FDA) that we will not allow
Mercury, a known neurotoxin, to be injected into ourselves and our
family. Signing this petition will let them know your thoughts and
remind them of your rights!

Dear Concerned Citizen,

Thimerosal, a mercury based preservative used in flu shots, is
49.6 % ethyl mercury. Mercury is a potent neurotoxin that can build
up in tissues, organs and brain tissue causing a variety of
neurological, endocrine and immune system problems.

In addition to recommending that adults get their flu shots
this year, the CDC is recommending that children and pregnant women
also receive flu shots. The 25 mcg. of mercury in each shot is the
EPA mercury dosage for a 550 lb. person. This is over the toxic
limits for adults, but for a toddler and a fetus, this amount of
mercury is hundreds of times the toxic exposure limits. And,
toddlers are recommended to get a series of two shots!

According to recent media articles quoting the CDC, they have
chosen to have a neutral stand on whether or not thimerosal should
be used in vaccines. As concerned Americans who believe our children
were mercury poisoned, it is our opinion that this is irresponsible
as a government agency and reckless to Americans' health.

Adventis, the largest manufacturer of flu shots for the US,
says it can make either thimerosal containing or thimerosal-free
vaccines. They just need to know from physicians and other health
agencies what they need to make. Therefore, the CDC needs to
immediately state the preference that all shots should be made
without mercury, especially those given to children and pregnant
mothers.

Please take a moment to sign the petition if you feel
Americans are exposed to too much mercury, and if you believe that
the last thing people need is mercury in their flu shots created to
keep them healthy.
