I used to make all the undies for my kids until they hit their teens and became private over their bodies. The initial bra fitting might be too embarrassing for some, but once it is accomplished having a bra that actually fits is worth it.
Anyway, I found these sites linked from Grist when talking about eco undies.  Oh and Kieffers, if you do sew lingerie, they have been in business for years. I ordered my fabrics, laces and elastics for my girls 30 years ago from them.
I am going to explore using one of the few bras I have found that is comfortable as a pattern, though there are several patterns available for the "teacup titties" :D on the market, simply because spending $40 for a bra offends my sensibilities
to say the least.

The dress form is a great idea if you are having to sew formals or wedding clothing or if you have a posture issue.  Most of us don't have one because of the cost, but the duct tape or paper tape form looks good to me.

Go for it ladies!
