Hey,<br><br>Sorry about the delay in getting back
to you. If there are no lumps, this could be
anything. If it is getting enlarged, you probably need some
medical attention. I would get a second opinion from a
urologist. The urologist can hone in on what the issue is.
Keep an eye on it, it can be anything. TC ussually
results in a lump or mass in the testicle, increases in
size. Pain is not always present, it is very deceptive.
Get that second opinion. Good Luck
